Currently, web orders are roasted on Wednesdays and coffee is shipped on Thursday.

We roast to order and your coffee will be shipped within 48 hours of roasting.

Coffee is only available as whole bean and each bag will have the roast date stamped on the bottom.

All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
